Conference/Meeting Rooms

In The Dover, in addition to the Community Hall, which is a large event/activity room, we have smaller rooms in our office space/business area that are available to rent and use for meetings: a large conference room and a small meeting room. Below you'll find the specifics about each room.

Room rental is $25 per hour for private use
If use is for a nonprofit organization or a public entity, special pricing applies.
Special pricing also applies for public events related to health, exercise, wellness, entrepreneurship, and education

Use of the room is included in the fee and lease contract for all of The Dover’s offices in the Business Center so there is no additional charge
Hours available: 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
