With its beautiful stained glass windows, high ceilings, and original woodwork, the Sanctuary of The Dover, built in 1888, is a wonderful location for weddings, concerts, theater performances - and more!
Cost
- The cost of rental is $250/hour or $1,500 for weddings. Wedding rental also includes The Community Hall and The Dover Dive
- Note: 50% of your rental fee is required to reserve your event date for The Sanctuary. Remainder is due 25 days prior to event date

Special arrangements need to be made for events beginning after 7 p.m. or lasting past 10 p.m.- You will be required to sign a contract to reserve The Sanctuary
- We offer special pricing for nonprofit organizations as well as events that are open to the public or events that are related to health, exercise, wellness, entrepreneurship, and education (subject to the discretion of The Dover)
