Thank you for your interest in reserving The Dover's Sanctuary.
Once we receive your request for a reservation, we will contact you with any questions and discuss your request. Your Sanctuary reservation includes the Community Hall as well if you would like to use it and if not, we can adjust the cost and will discuss that when we contact you. After we have confirmed the details, we will email you an invoice and contract for the venue. Once we receive payment and the signed contract, we can confirm your reservation for The Sanctuary.
Please make sure you have read the details about the venue (including costs, guidelines, rules for use) and Rental Terms and Conditions. You will asked to verify that you have read both on the final required contract.
